DGSA supports and sponsors girls softball tournament teams outside the normal DGSA league. It offers teams in U10, U12 and U14 age divisions. We are looking forward to the 2008 season and fortunate to have two teams in each division, one from East De Pere and one from West De Pere.

The purpose of a tournament team is to provide DGSA players an opportunity to play softball against teams outside of the normal DGSA league. Sportsmanship, skill development and having fun are the primary objectives but, winning and competition does have a higher priority on tournament teams than in normal league play.

Tournament teams will require additional commitment from players and parents as most games are played on weekends with additional practice times during the week. Travel and additional costs will be required. To be eligible for a tournament team you must be a DGSA league player.
