5:45 p.m. - Sponsor Recognition and Plaque Distribution (ALL PLAYERS please wear
your team shirts and arrive at the North Field by 5:30 p.m. to show support
and appreciation for our 2010 Sponsors)
6:10 p.m. - U12 Trophy & Medal Distribution & Pictures
6:30 p.m. - Senior League Championship Game
Senior League 3rd Place Game
8:30 p.m. - Senior League Trophy & Medal Distributions & Pictures
8:45 p.m. - LAST HURRAH AT THE CONCESSION STAND!!!!!!

Senior League Tournament Update

Trophies will be awarded for 1st through 3rd place. Participation medals will be awarded for 4th through 6th place.
PLEASE NOTE: There is an EDP freshman softball clinic Thursday (July 29) from 3:30 to 5:30 PM. Please encourage the girls to attend. This is a great way to meet the coaches and will be a good warm-up before the games!

Attention Coaches - Equipment Return Scheduled
Thanks again for all your help to make this a successful season for De Pere Girls Softball. On Monday, August 9th, we will be having the equipment return and coaches’ year end meeting.
Please make sure that you or someone brings back your team equipment that night for check in. This is the only scheduled return night. Please note on your equipment if you need any repairs or have any equipment suggestions for next year.

5:30 U6 & U8
6:00 U10
6:30 U12
7:00 Senior
7:30 Tournament
Also, this night the league commissioners will be available for you to give recommendations for next year. They will hold a short meeting with you at the times below. This will all take place at the Optimist Park shelter.
